Shipping

Our main method of shipping is USPS (International Priority Mail
Service), one of the fastest international express postal services
available.  International Priority Mail serves most countries and
packages usually arrive within one week.

On completion of an order our customers receive a USPS
tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of their
parcel online
(http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.
htm?from=home&page=0035trackandconfirm).  Please allow 36
hours for this service to
become available.

● We ship worldwide through USPS (International Priority Mail
Service).  
● Most items will arrive within one week of dispatch, however we
cannot guarantee delivery times.  
● All of our products are shipped from the U.S.  Products are
carefully packed to avoid any damage.
● We ship everyday.  Products are shipped within 24 hours of
receipt at our offices.

USPS costs are determined by the destination and weight of
goods, therefore rates will vary depending on order details.  
Shipping costs will be added to your order total at the invoice and
payment stage.

The average delivery time for most destinations is 4 to 6 days.  
While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of
up to a few weeks.  In this instance we are unable to assist and
customers must contact their local post office or postal service
center
for details.  

The customer is responsible for any additional customs taxes that
may be incurred upon delivery.

USPS parcels may require a signature on delivery.  In the case
that
no-one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will
be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must
then be picked up in person by the customer or a second delivery
attempt arranged.  It is the responsibility of the customer to
enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an
unclaimed parcel before returning it to the sender.  We will not
cover re-shipping costs and must recover this amount before we
will send the order again.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES
For customers who need their goods urgently or who live in
countries that are not served by International Priority Mail, we are
more than happy
to arrange to ship orders with companies such as Fedex or UPS,
provided all additional costs are covered by the customer.
